WeatherWarn is a FREE subscription listservice for our viewers that sends Severe Weather Watches, Warnings, Bulletins, Advisories, and other information direct to viewers in the area served by our station. It is automatic, fast, and easy to setup. Plus, each email bulletin contains a link to a picture showing what counties in California are affected. Click here to see a sample bulletin. Please note that all email addresses are kept confidential, and will not be distributed to any other organization.

How to signup from this web page:

Type in your email address and press the SUBSCRIBE button to subscribe to WeatherWarn

Once you press the Subscribe Button, you will then be given a confirmation page.

IT'S EASY TO SUBSCRIBE BY SENDING ONE EMAIL:

Then press the SEND button on your email program or you can follow the instructions below....

1. Send an email to weatherwarn@tvweather.com you can click on the link at left to open your email program.

2. In the first line where you'd normally type your letter, (not the subject line) place these words in capitals:

SUBSCRIBE KHSL

3. Press your email SEND button....that's it! 

You will get a confirming email message from our WeatherWarn listserver with instructions about the free service, and when bad weather happens anywhere in KHSL-TV Channel 12's coverage area, you'll get an email sent to you within one minute of the bulletin being issued by the National Weather Service. Don't worry if you don't get emails right away after this first "welcome" email...the service IS working, its just that we'll only send email when there are important weather bulletins.

Once a month, around the first of the month, we'll send a test message to let you know the service is working, and to update you of any changes or new features to the service. Also on special occasions or emergency situations, the Channel 12 Weather Center may issue a bulletin.

TO UNSUBSCRIBE from the WeatherWarn service simply send an Email to weatherwarn@tvweather.com from the email account under which you originally subscribed, and in the first line of the message body put the words:

UNSUBSCRIBE KHSL
