...THUNDERSTORMS OCCURRING OVER MOST OF NORTH CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
THIS AFTERNOON...
AT 245 PM PDT...WEATHER SPOTTERS AND OBSERVERS REPORTED THREE
FUNNEL CLOUDS...ONE AT SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT...ONE IN DALY CITY...
AND ONE NORTHEAST OF LIVERMORE. SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
WILL CONTINUE OVER THE BAY AREA AND CENTRAL COAST THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY EVENING. SOME OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY CONTAIN SEVERE
WEATHER SUCH AS STRONG GUSTY WINDS...LIGHTNING...VERY HEAVY BUT
BRIEF RAINFALL...SMALL HAIL AND FUNNEL CLOUDS.
CAUTION SHOULD BE EXERCISED IN THE VICINITY OF THUNDERSTORMS. STAY
INDOORS...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS AND CONSIDER POSTPONING TRAVEL UNTIL
THE THUNDERSTORM PASSES.
