Number of strikes/noises in last 5 minutes

Map is updated every five minutes. Strikes will appear as yellow dots * when lightning is present. Map is centered on Chico, CA and the 100/200 circles show range in miles.
NOTE: If number in upper left shows more than 0 but no strikes appear on map, then its either out of range of the display, spurious noise, or electrical equipment static. See the NowCast below for details.
